These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all export transactions conducted with international buyers, including customers in the United States.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Business Nature
We operate as a B2B manufacturer and exporter.
All products are supplied for commercial use only and not for personal retail consumption.
2. Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference.
Minor variations in color, GSM, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.
Samples represent quality benchmarks but are not exact replicas of bulk production.
3. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
Quotations are valid for a limited period due to raw material fluctuations.
Prices exclude import duties, taxes, and destination charges unless agreed in writing.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of agreed payment.
Payment terms include advance T/T or L/C at Sight for eligible bulk orders.
Bank charges and intermediary fees are borne by the buyer.
5. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Shipping terms follow agreed Incoterms® (FOB, CIF, CNF).
Risk transfers to the buyer as per selected Incoterms.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Import Compliance (USA Buyers)
Buyers are solely responsible for:
Compliance with US Customs, FDA, CPSIA, FTC labeling, and other import regulations
Import duties, tariffs, and clearance procedures
Local laws applicable in the destination country
The seller is not liable for customs delays or regulatory rejections.
7. Returns, Claims & Disputes
Claims must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after delivery.
No returns are accepted for custom-made or private-label orders.
Liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods only.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Shipping line disruptions
Labor strikes
Government actions or port congestion
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
